Gsha are the best! They are punctual precise and the best guys for our heating and ac needs. Ive used them for over 7 years and have referred them to everyone.

I had to replace my air conditioner around 10 days ago or so I thought. I had to get a couple quotes at least, even I am not to shop around for too long, especially in the 96 F weather with no cold air coming in. But since everything is around 25 years old, I would’ve gotten the works done – high efficiency 2-stage furnace, HVAC, humidifier, thermostat, clean the air ducks, run the PVC pipes …. .
Got 3 quotes from the area businesses and these guys were priced very competitively, efficient and most importantly, I could sense the knowledge and precision. Peter came to the house the next morning after I placed a call at around 5pm. Explained everything in detail and gave several options. GSHA Services is a small shop and people who run it do pretty much everything themselves. That’s how it used to be. Before Wal Mart, Costco and Amazon.
So I have never mentioned the possibility of repairing the broken unit, because well, it is old, very old and so is the furnace and the humidifier. But coming myself from the solid engineering background and at least superficial knowledge of the subject, I couldn’t help to dig a bit deeper into my original Carrier A/C while waiting for the quotes. Just couldn’t. After going via a few not very safe, don’t-try-it-at-home-type motions and experiments, I figured out the problem. That was the capacitor. The price was a couple hundred dollars, vs. well close several thousands.
So I replaced the capacitor, but when the time will come to do the works, GSHA will be doing it.
