Description
Halo ION 2.0 Filtration System uses multi-reversing polarity permanent magnetic fields to affect the “ionic charge identity” of the CaCo3 and MgCo3 so that they remain suspended in the water rather than precipitate out as hard water scale. This is the essence of the “conditioned effect” delivered by the HALO ION.

When installed on a “once through” application the ION can be oriented either horizontally or vertically. On any external recirculation loop application the ION must be installed vertically. When water is continuously circulated and not used, scale can form over an extended period of time. Placing an additional ION on the external recirculation loop will ensure that the water is passing through the ION renewing the conditioning effect with each revolution.
