• Steady comfort instead of on-and-off cycling. The variable-speed rotary compressor adjusts its output across a wide range rather than running at full output and shutting off (see Carrier product data for the exact capacity range). The system runs longer at low speed, so rooms hold closer to the setpoint with fewer temperature swings.

Installation and warranty

GSHA Services, LTD is a Carrier dealer listed on carrier.com. Every Infinity 21 installation is matched to a compatible Carrier indoor unit and the Infinity System Control, sized for your home, and started up and calibrated by our technicians. Carrier warranty. Carrier’s registered limited warranty on the 26VNA1 is 10 years on parts and the compressor for the original owner when the equipment is registered within 90 days. If it is not registered, coverage is 5 years. Registering the equipment with Carrier is the homeowner’s responsibility.

GSHA 10-year parts, labor and compressor coverage. GSHA Services adds labor coverage for 10 years on top of Carrier’s parts and compressor warranty. The labor coverage is valid only when the system receives annual GSHA Services maintenance; service by others voids the labor coverage. The equipment must also be registered with Carrier to activate the 10-year parts and compressor terms. Our ComfortCare Maintenance Plan, with two visits per year for heating and cooling, is the simplest way to keep the coverage in force; ask about it when you book your estimate.

About R-454B. R-454B, sold by Carrier as Puron Advance, is the lower-global-warming-potential refrigerant Carrier uses in its current residential air conditioner line. It cannot be added to an existing R-410A system, and an existing R-410A system does not need to be replaced simply because of its refrigerant.
